In Settings → Alerts, choose when you want to hear about a new review:
- 1–3★ reviews (the default) — so you can step in quickly when someone is unhappy.
- Every review — if you like to see them all.
Alerts can arrive as phone notifications (install the app first — see below) and email. Text-message alerts are coming soon.
Summaries
- Weekly summary — every Monday: your new reviews and anything still waiting for you.
- Monthly report — on the 1st: a summary of your month on Google.
