Free Google Review Link Generator + QR Code & Printable Sign
1. Find your business on Google
How to get your Google review link
- Type your business name and city, then pick your business from the list.
- Copy your direct Google review link — it opens the “Write a review” box.
- Download the QR code as PNG or SVG.
- Print the free counter sign or table tent and put it near your checkout.
Where to use your review link
The easier you make it, the more reviews you get. Put the link everywhere a happy customer already looks:
- Text message right after the visit or job — it's the channel people answer fastest.
- Receipts and invoices — add the QR code to the bottom.
- Email signature and follow-up emails.
- Counter, tables and waiting room — a printed QR sign people can scan while they wait.
- Your website — a “Review us on Google” button on your contact page.
Tips for a review sign people actually scan
- Put it at eye level where people wait: the register, the reception desk, the table.
- Keep the QR code at least 2 inches (5 cm) wide so older phones read it.
- Say what happens: “Scan to leave us a Google review” beats a lonely code.
- Mention it out loud: “If you enjoyed it, there's a QR code right here for a quick review.”
- Don't offer anything in return — incentives break Google's review rules.
Then reply to every review you get

Frequently asked questions
Is this Google review link generator free?
Yes. The link, the QR code and the printable signs are free, with no signup and no watermark on your link.
What does a Google review link look like?
It looks like https://search.google.com/local/writereview?placeid=YOUR_PLACE_ID. When a customer opens it, Google shows your business with the review box already open, so they can tap the stars right away.
Does the review link or QR code expire?
No. The link is tied to your business's Google Place ID, which rarely changes. Google can occasionally update a Place ID (for example after two listings are merged), so it's worth testing your link once or twice a year.
Is it OK to ask customers for Google reviews?
Yes — Google encourages it. Just ask every customer the same way, don't offer gifts or discounts for reviews, and never send only happy customers to Google (that's called review gating and it's against Google's rules).
Why can't I find my business?
Add your city or street to the search. Your business must be listed on Google Maps; brand-new listings can take a few days to appear. If you know your Place ID, use “I already have my Place ID”.
What's the difference between this link and the one in my Google Business Profile?
Both work. Google Business Profile's “Ask for reviews” button gives you a short g.page link. This tool builds the long official link from your Place ID, so you can get it without logging in — and you also get a QR code and printable signs.
