ReplyBird is software you use online. Nothing is shipped, there's no delivery charge, and you can start using it a minute after you sign up.

What you get, and when

Your account: ready right away when you sign up with Google or an email link.
Your plan: active as soon as checkout is complete. PayPal, Razorpay or Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider, emails you a receipt.
Your reviews: imported from Google within a few minutes of connecting your Business Profile, then checked every 15 minutes.

How it's delivered

In your web browser at getreplybird.com/app, on any computer, tablet or phone.
As an app on your phone's home screen — see Get the app. It installs from the browser, with no app store download.
By email: alerts about new reviews, your monthly report and receipts.

Printable signs and cards

Review QR code signs and table tents are PDF files you download and print yourself, at home or at any print shop. We don't ship physical products.

Where it's available

ReplyBird is built for local businesses in the United States and works with any Google Business Profile you manage. There are no shipping regions or delivery fees.

If something doesn't arrive

Didn't get your receipt, sign-in email or access to your plan? Check your spam folder, then contact us or email support@getreplybird.com. We reply within 1 business day (Monday to Friday). If we can't give you access, you'll get a full refund — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
