Terms of Service

ReplyBird connects to your Google Business Profile to write and post replies to reviews, send you alerts, help you ask customers for reviews, and — depending on your plan — publish Google posts, track competitors, summarize review themes and show reviews on your website. We may improve or change features over time.

ReplyBird is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google. Google and Google Business Profile are trademarks of Google LLC.

You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the business you add. Keep your login secure; you're responsible for activity on your account. You may only connect Business Profiles you own or manage.

• Plans are priced per Google location: Starter $29 and Growth $49 a month, or yearly at the price of 10 months. Every location after your first costs less ($19 and $39 a month). Taxes may apply.
• Each plan belongs to one Google business. You can switch to a different business within 24 hours of connecting, before the first reply is posted; after that the plan stays with that business.
• You add a payment method to start. Your first 5 posted replies are free. Your paid plan starts automatically when the free trial ends — when the 5th free reply is posted or, for PayPal and card payments through Razorpay, after 3 days (the checkout page shows which) — and then renews every month (or year) until you cancel. The free replies are available once per Google business, even across different accounts.
• Payments are processed by PayPal, Razorpay or Lemon Squeezy, depending on the option you choose at checkout. Their terms also apply to your purchase.
• You can switch plans or cancel anytime from the Billing page. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. Refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy, including a full refund if you ask within 7 days of your first payment and no more than 25 replies were posted after it.
• We'll tell you at least 30 days before any price change takes effect for your account.

Each location includes up to 1,000 AI replies a month; beyond that, replies are saved as drafts for you to post. Review-request emails are limited to 250 a month on Starter and 1000 on Growth. We may limit use that harms the service or other customers.

• Replies are yours. You choose which reviews are answered automatically and which wait for your approval. You're responsible for the replies and posts published on your profile — review your settings and drafts.
• Follow Google's rules. Don't post fake reviews, offer incentives for reviews, or filter who gets asked ("review gating"). ReplyBird gives every customer the same review link.
• Email with permission. Only send review requests to people who were your customers and whom you may lawfully contact. Keep your business address up to date; it appears in every email (CAN-SPAM).
• Don't use ReplyBird for anything unlawful, misleading, harassing or harmful, and don't try to break or overload it.

Replies, posts, summaries and insights are written by AI from your settings and your reviews. They can contain mistakes. Read drafts before approving them, and turn off automatic posting for any star rating where you want to check every reply.

ReplyBird relies on Google's APIs and other providers. If Google changes or limits its APIs, or your Google access is revoked, some features may stop working until it's restored. We're not responsible for third-party services.

You keep all rights to your business information and content. You give us permission to use it only to run ReplyBird for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. The ReplyBird software, design and brand belong to us.

You can stop using ReplyBird and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or Google's policies, or that don't pay, after notice where reasonable.

ReplyBird is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it reliable but can't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will improve your rating or search ranking. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it.

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll email you before it takes effect. Continuing to use ReplyBird after that means you accept the new terms.
