Privacy Policy

ReplyBird is operated by Tubiqo Media Advertising (F-104, Shatabdipuram Phase 1, Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh 474020, India). Questions about privacy: support@getreplybird.com.

• Account details: your name and email address, and how you signed in (Google or an email link).
• Business details you enter: business name, type, city, address, services, reply tone, sign-off, reply rules, alert choices and other settings.
• Google Business Profile data (only after you connect it): your accounts and locations, the reviews on the location you pick (reviewer display name, star rating, review text, date, existing replies), and profile statistics such as views, calls, website clicks and direction requests.
• Customer contacts you upload for review-request emails: names and email addresses, plus whether each email was delivered, opened or clicked, and unsubscribe requests.
• Public data about competitors you choose to track: their name, address, Google rating and review count.
• Billing: your plan and subscription status. Payments are processed by PayPal, Razorpay or Lemon Squeezy, depending on the option you choose; we never see or store your full card number.
• Devices: if you turn on notifications, a push subscription for that browser or phone so we can send alerts.
• Messages and newsletter: what you send through our contact form (name, email, business name, message), and your email address if you ask for our newsletter or the free playbook. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter with one click in any email.
• Technical data: basic logs (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the service secure and working. We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in — no advertising or tracking cookies.

• To write reply drafts and post the replies you approve, or that your rules allow us to post automatically.
• To alert you about new reviews by phone notification and email.
• To send review-request emails you ask us to send, with your business address and an unsubscribe link in every email.
• To build your monthly report, weekly Google posts, review insights, competitor comparisons and website review widget.
• To run billing, provide support, prevent abuse and keep the service secure.

We don't sell personal information, share it for advertising, or use it to build profiles of reviewers.

When you connect Google, we ask for permission to manage your Business Profile (business.manage) and to see your email address. We use this access only to read your locations, reviews and profile statistics, and to post review replies and Google posts — the features you see in the app. You can disconnect at any time in Settings or at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

ReplyBird's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. In particular:

• We use Google data only to provide and improve the features you use in ReplyBird.
• We don't transfer it to others except as needed to provide those features (see the service providers below), for security, or to comply with the law.
• We don't use it for advertising, and we don't sell it.
• We don't use it to train AI models.
• Our team doesn't read it unless you ask us to (for example, for support), it's needed for security, or the law requires it.

Google refresh tokens are encrypted before they are stored.

To write replies, posts, report summaries and review insights, we send the needed text (for example the review text, star rating, the reviewer's first name for a personal reply, and your business details and voice settings) to Anthropic's Claude API. For review insights we send review text and ratings only — no reviewer names. Under its commercial terms, Anthropic does not use this data to train its models. Each location has a fair-use limit of 1,000 AI replies a month.

They process data only to provide their service to us and are bound by confidentiality and security obligations.

If you add our widget to your website, it shows selected reviews with the reviewer's first name and last initial only, the star rating, the review text and its date. These reviews are already public on Google.

We keep your data while your account is open. If you disconnect Google, we stop fetching new data. If you ask us to delete your account (see how to delete your data), we delete it within 30 days, except what we must keep for legal, tax or fraud-prevention reasons. Backups are cleared on a rolling basis.

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Each account can only access its own businesses, enforced in the database. Google access tokens are encrypted at rest. No system is perfect, so please tell us right away at support@getreplybird.com if you notice anything suspicious.

• Change your settings, turn alerts off, or disconnect Google at any time.
• Ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it.
• California residents have the right to know, delete and correct personal information and not to be discriminated against for using these rights. We don't sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.
• People who received a review-request email can unsubscribe with one click; we never email them again for that business.

ReplyBird is for businesses and isn't meant for anyone under 16.

If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we'll email account owners before it takes effect. The date at the top shows the latest version.
