Upgrade
On the Billing page, click Upgrade to Growth (or Switch to yearly). You'll see exactly what you'll pay before confirming. With a card, you pay the new plan now and the unused part of your current plan is refunded automatically.
Downgrade
Switching to Starter (or to monthly billing) takes effect from your next bill. There's no charge to switch.
Cancel
Click Cancel plan on the Billing page. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for, then stops. During the free trial, cancelling means you're never charged.
Refunds
- Full refund within 7 days of your first payment (or of a yearly renewal), as long as no more than 25 replies were posted since that payment.
- Monthly renewals aren't refunded — cancel any time to stop the next one.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days.
