A reply didn't post — how to fix it

The usual causes: Google access was removed, the plan isn't active, or Google is still reviewing the reply.
  • “Reconnect Google” — access was removed or expired. Go to Settings → Google Business Profile and connect again.
  • Plan not active — the trial's free replies are used, or a payment failed. Check the Billing page. New replies wait as drafts until it's fixed.
  • “Google is reviewing this reply” — Google checks some replies before showing them. It usually takes minutes.
  • “Google didn't publish this reply” — Google's content filters rejected it. Edit the reply on Google Maps and try again.
  • Monthly limit reached — above 1,000 AI replies in a month, new replies are saved as drafts. The limit resets on the 1st.
