ReplyBird gives you a private link that sends a review request whenever your other software tells it about a customer. The easiest way to connect is Zapier.
- 1In ReplyBird, open Get reviews → Send review requests automatically and copy your link. Keep it private.
- 2In Zapier, create a Zap. Pick a trigger from your app — for example a new paid invoice, a completed appointment or a new Square sale.
- 3Add the action Webhooks by Zapier → POST and paste your link as the URL.
- 4Send the customer's name and email as data. Turn the Zap on.
These emails count toward your monthly review-request limit. If the link is ever shared by mistake, create a new one in the same place — the old one stops working.
