- 1Go to Get reviews → Ask by email.
- 2Paste customers one per line as Name, email — or upload a CSV file.
- 3Click send. Each customer gets one short, friendly email with your review link.
Limits and good manners
- Starter includes 250 review-request emails a month, Growth 1,000. The count resets on the 1st.
- Only email customers who actually did business with you.
- Every email has an unsubscribe link, and ReplyBird never emails someone who unsubscribed.
- Your street address is added at the bottom of each email, as US law requires — set it in Settings → Your business.
