To read your reviews and post replies, ReplyBird needs access to your Google Business Profile. You give it through Google's own sign-in screen.
Before you start
- Use the Google account that is an owner or manager of the Business Profile. Check at business.google.com — your business should be listed there.
- The profile must be verified by Google. Unverified profiles can't receive replies through Google's API.
Connect
- 1Go to Settings → Google Business Profile and click Connect Google.
- 2Choose your Google account and allow access to manage your Business Profile.
- 3Pick the location (if you manage more than one). Your reviews start importing right away.
What ReplyBird can and can't do
- It can read your reviews and post or update your replies.
- It can't see your Google password, Gmail, Drive or anything else.
- It can't delete or change anyone's review — only the reviewer can do that.
One plan covers one Google location. You can switch to a different location within 24 hours of connecting, as long as no reply has been posted yet. Why.
To remove access at any time, click Disconnect in Settings or remove ReplyBird at myaccount.google.com/permissions. More on security.
