ReplyBird reads every new Google review for your business, writes a reply in your voice and — depending on your rules — posts it for you or saves it for your OK. Setup takes about five minutes.
- 1Create your account at Sign up with Google or a one-time email link. There's no password to remember.
- 2Add your business — name, type and city. These help the AI write replies that sound local and accurate.
- 3Connect Google. Sign in with the Google account that manages your Business Profile and pick your location. How connecting works.
- 4Check your reply rules. By default 4–5★ reviews get an automatic reply and 1–3★ reviews wait for you. Change the rules.
- 5Set your voice — tone, length and sign-off — in Settings. Make replies sound like you.
- 6Start your free trial. Add a card or PayPal on the Billing page. You get 3 days and up to 5 free replies. Trial and billing.
