Reply rules decide what happens when a new review arrives. You set them once, per star rating, in Settings → Reply rules.
- Auto-post — ReplyBird writes the reply and posts it to Google right away.
- Draft — the reply waits in your Inbox until you approve, edit or rewrite it.
- Leave alone — no reply is written.
The default
5★ and 4★ reviews are auto-posted. 3★, 2★ and 1★ reviews become drafts, because unhappy customers deserve a quick human read before anything goes public. You also get an alert for low ratings.
Most owners keep the default. If you're nervous at first, set every rating to Draft for a week, read what ReplyBird writes, then switch 4–5★ to Auto-post.
