When you connect Google, ReplyBird also imports the reviews you already had. Any without a reply follow your reply rules:
- Low-star reviews (your Draft ratings) — drafts are written right away for the most recent ones, so you can approve them with one tap.
- Happy reviews (your Auto-post ratings) — they show as Auto-reply queued and are answered about 20 a day, newest first, once your paid plan starts.
Why not all at once?
Dozens of replies in one minute look unnatural on Google, and your 5 free trial replies are better spent on new reviews. If you don't want to wait, click Write it now on any queued review.
